Questions
Do I need an account to use Noty?
No. Noty works fully on your Mac without an account. You only need one for Noty+.
What happens to my notes if I cancel?
Nothing. Your notes live on your Mac and stay there. You keep Noty+ until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then the online extras switch off.
How do I cancel or change my card?
Sign in to your account and choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; there’s nothing else to do.
Is there a usage limit?
Noty+ includes a monthly allowance that covers everyday use. If you ever get close to it, your account page will tell you. It renews every month.
Can I get a refund?
Noty+ starts as soon as you pay. If you cancel within 14 days, we refund the unused part of the period. See the terms for details.
Who handles my payment?
Payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
